Job Description

We're looking for a seasoned pastry professional with expertise in chocolate, artisanal bread, and pastry arts. As our Senior Pastry Artisan Director, you'll oversee the development of innovative recipes, manage production processes, and maintain the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new pastry recipes, incorporating industry trends and high-quality ingredients.
  • Manage production schedules, inventory levels, and procurement to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain strict quality control measures, conducting regular tastings and product evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure overall quality and consistency across culinary offerings.
  • Provide training and mentorship to pastry staff, promoting skill development and career growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or equivalent, focusing on chocolate, artisanal bread, and pastry.
  • Experience in remote locations and strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional creativity and ability to develop unique and appealing pastry recipes.
  • Experience in training and developing a team of pastry professionals.
  • In-depth knowledge of chocolate techniques, bread baking, and pastry arts.
