We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Strategic Account Executive to join our Seller Recruitment and Experience (SRE) team within Strategic Account Services.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and onboarding new Selling Partners into our suite of Paid Services programs. Your primary focus will be on driving Marketplace Growth by cultivating strong relationships with key decision-makers within prospective accounts.

As a Strategic Account Executive, you will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our Selling Partners' needs and align them with the features and functionalities of our Paid Services offerings.
  • Craft compelling value propositions that showcase the benefits of our programs to prospective clients.
  • Prospect and close new business opportunities, consistently exceeding monthly revenue targets and operational metrics.
  • Manage a diverse pipeline of opportunities, strategically prioritizing your efforts to maximize success.
  • Leverage data analytics to inform your recommendations and identify growth opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Utilize CRM tools effectively to track account information, sales progress, and forecast future performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for new Selling Partners.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive offerings within the Marketplace 3rd party services landscape.

We are looking for an individual who possesses:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven success in B2B selling, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels within an organization.
  • A consultative approach to sales, focused on building strong relationships and understanding client needs.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
