Senior Account Manager, International Seller

Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with sellers and account managers to champion the needs of Amazon's products and services.
- Support the growth of sellers' businesses by adding selection and programs, and focusing on seller insights and feedback to improve products and services.
- Collaborate with the business development and onboarding teams to drive new product launches and relationship extensions.
- Work with sellers to improve operational aspects of their businesses and provide a great consumer experience.
- Identify specific prospects and partners to approach, communicate the value proposition, and establish long-term partnerships.
- Track and report performance using relevant metrics and achieve productivity and seller satisfaction targets.
About the Role:
- As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for interacting with sellers and account managers to champion the needs of Amazon's products and services.
- You will support the growth of sellers' businesses by adding selection and programs, and focusing on seller insights and feedback to improve products and services.
- The role requires collaboration with the business development and onboarding teams to drive new product launches and relationship extensions.
- You will work with sellers to improve operational aspects of their businesses and provide a great consumer experience.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce, corporate retail, consulting, and/or B2B, with superior communication and presentation skills.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of professional experience in buying, merchandising, planning, and/or relevant experience in customer success, account management, management consulting, and/or relevant experience in negotiating, nurturing, and growing customer relationships.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical problem-solving ability, using data analysis, reporting, and forecasting to guide business decisions.
- Track record of developing business plans and effectively managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
