Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans to support business initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of change on various segments of the organization
- Evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts and identify areas for improvement
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members on managing the effects of change
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in change management
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a change management role
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders effectively
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
