**About the Role**
We are seeking a Senior Business Strategist to lead commercial planning and activation in Costa Rica. As a key member of our team, you will drive evaluation and learnings, ensuring alignment with strategies and completion within the Cycle Planning and Briefing process.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with cross-functional teams, including Diageo Customer Marketing, Diageo Marketing, and Diageo Sales. Your role will involve developing market channel strategies and category/portfolio strategies, as well as collaborating with the innovation team to understand right-sized investment programs.
Key responsibilities include leading decision-making on commercial planning, planning and handling BTL A&P, and executing trade investment. You will also be responsible for financial management, leadership, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
**Key Deliverables**
- Ensure the organization is equipped with business information
- Lead activity selection sessions
- Monitor and supervise A&P and executional trade spend
**Requirements**
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work closely with different collaborators across teams
**What We Offer**
