Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Human Capital Consultant for Latin America to join our team. As a key member of our consulting group, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and success in the region. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-impact HR and payroll projects, with a strong understanding of local regulations and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading HR and payroll projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations;
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including senior-level executives and functional leaders;
- Providing expert advice on HR and payroll best practices, regulatory compliance, and process improvements;
- Mentoring and guiding junior consultants to develop their skills and expertise;
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Requirements:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:
- A professional degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or Information Technology;
- No less than 10 years of professional experience in HR and payroll consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership or functional consultant role;
- International experience as a functional consultant in HR and payroll projects, preferably in Latin America;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
Salary Range:
$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
