About the RoleAs Architectural Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing all phases of projects, including project setup, design, and construction drawings

You will work closely with our team of architects and designers to deliver world-class architectural projects. Your expertise in building codes, standards, and construction documentation will be invaluable in driving project success.
We are looking for a skilled professional with 8+ years of experience in architectural project management, preferably with experience in hospitality projects. You should possess strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills, as well as proficiency in REVIT, Sketch Up, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office.
A Bachelor of Architecture or foreign equivalent degree and licensure or registration as an architect are required. A working knowledge of building codes, standards, building construction, and building structures is essential. 100% bilingual English/Spanish language proficiency is also required.

- 8+ years of experience in architectural project management
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills
