Job Summary

Experian Automotive is a leading provider of automotive data and analytics solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team in Costa Rica.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our business relationships with automotive dealers across the United States. This will involve developing and executing strategic account plans, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high-profile automotive dealers, providing proactive customer engagement and ensuring they are utilizing our products to their fullest potential.
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans to drive business growth and retention, leveraging our data and analytics solutions to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, exploring innovative ways to expand our presence in the market.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing dealer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions, fostering strong relationships and driving business results.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends, using data to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales or account management experience in the automotive retail or SAAS industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or account management, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, as required.
