We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Growth Manager to join our team at Pts Consulting Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts.

Your primary responsibilities as a Strategic Account Growth Manager will include:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts
- Retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships
- Understanding client needs, products, and identifying new business opportunities
- Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes
- Supporting partners to improve their performance and reach targets
- Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of the business, offerings, competitors, and industry
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience managing clients in either Client Management, Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Advertising, Logistics/Supply Chain fields
- Strong experience building client relationships in different industries
- B2 English level
