We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Growth Manager to join our team at Pts Consulting Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities as a Strategic Account Growth Manager will include:

  1. Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts
  2. Retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships
  3. Understanding client needs, products, and identifying new business opportunities
  4. Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions
  5. Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes
  6. Supporting partners to improve their performance and reach targets
  7. Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of the business, offerings, competitors, and industry
Qualifications and Education Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing clients in either Client Management, Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Advertising, Logistics/Supply Chain fields
  • Strong experience building client relationships in different industries
  • B2 English level
