About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategic Account Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for driving growth across your assigned portfolio of Amazon sellers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for long-term growth and implement strategies to maximize potential.
- Lead business strategy development and design long-term account plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams and sellers.
- Build strong working relationships with sellers, providing trusted advice and advocacy to drive customer success.
- Act as a consultant, overseeing key strategic activities and removing blockers as needed.
- Advocate for customers internally, using data and anecdotes to drive prioritization and deliver value.
Skill Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in corporate retail, buying, merchandising, planning, or relevant experience in customer success, account management, management consulting, marketing, and/or e-commerce.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Experience building customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and increasing adoption and utilization of company products.
- Proven track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Data analysis, reporting, and forecasting skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and manage multiple projects and priorities.
