As a Business Development Professional - Client Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in driving client retention and new business expansion across our defined book of business.

About the Role:

  • Develop strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for growth
  • Build strategic account plans and lead regular account planning meetings to ensure alignment with client goals
  • Research client needs and determine how to bundle products to meet their requirements
  • Generate new business within existing relationships by leveraging your consultative sales skills and negotiation expertise
  • Follow up to ensure client expectations are met and provide ongoing support to drive continued growth

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven sales experience and/or business development background
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
  • Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills, with ability to travel to the United States as needed
