We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Executive to join our Renewal Sales Team in Costa Rica. As an individual contributor, you will drive client retention and new business expansion, developing strong relationships with existing clients and building strategic account plans.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of proven sales experience and/or business development background with a strong customer focus. They should be comfortable in developing and managing senior-level client relationships, familiar with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint), and possess strong consultative sales and negotiation skills.

This role requires the ability to travel to the United States as needed, present additional Experian product offerings to help dealers meet their goals and objectives, maintain customer contact databases and sales/retention processes, and collect and present "voice of customer" feedback to product teams for product improvement opportunities.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including flexible work arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a comprehensive rewards and recognition program.
