Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Integration Manager to join our team at 360Training. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the integration of customer account operations and billing from acquired companies into our platform.

About the Role:

  • You will act as the representative for all departments on the marketing team, including Customer Retention, Customer Acquisition, PAR (Partners Affiliates and Resellers), and Product Marketing.
  • Manage the transition of customer account operations and billing from an acquired company to 360training.
  • Identify existing marketing-related accounts and services and ensure they are correctly transferred to the appropriate contact.
  • Owning the project management of the Merger and Acquisition process on behalf of Marketing, including the implementation of JIRA and Asana boards.
  • Timely migration of all website properties, ensuring that the needs of key stakeholders are met concerning customer acquisition and service.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with IT on dependencies and timelines related to mergers.
  • Effectively tracking all SEO information and website domains for smooth transfer and management of assets.
  • Quantifying acquired audiences, understanding their needs, pain points, and system requirements.
  • Documenting products and audiences for the acquired company and potential challenges in meeting consumer needs.
  • Coordinating with Analytics to address tracking requirements and analyze pre- and post-merger data.
  • Creating an initial catalog and integrating it seamlessly with internal systems.
  • Overseeing the migration of the product catalog, identifying discontinued items, incorporating new products into marketing strategies, and determining product properties across which new products will be marketed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cross-functional project management, product management, product marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, preferably PMP-certified, with a solid understanding of waterfall and agile management philosophies.
  • Experience with JIRA Cloud and ASANA for project management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in executive-level presentation and reporting.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize deliverables and make informed decisions considering timelines and limited resources.
  • Strong understanding of Ecommerce sales and marketing funnels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic lookup and pivot table functions.
  • SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in the e-learning or ed-tech industry is a plus.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This salary range reflects the competitive market rate for a Strategic Business Integration Manager in Costa Rica.
