Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality, delivery, and updates for a portfolio of data/business views containing pre-calculated metrics.
- Develop and maintain published data sources, guaranteeing quality and updates.
- Analyze data to support Business Intelligence and Analytics use cases, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain data catalog documentation on certified metric definitions.
- Train Analysts on business views, metrics, access, and security best practices.
- Optimize data sources and dashboards based on industry standards and best practices.
- Resolve data quality issues and test new and upgraded tools/platforms.
- Manage testing and ensure seamless changes to RevOps data and dashboards.
- Migrate existing reports/dashboards/datasets from Excel to Tableau.
About You
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Data Insights Manager who can leverage their expertise to drive business growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
