Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Growth Manager to lead our efforts in driving business growth and expansion across multiple accounts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

This is a highly challenging and rewarding role that requires a deep understanding of our customers' needs and goals. You will work closely with our sales, delivery, and pursuit teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted strategies to capture them. Your expertise in account management, consultative selling, and issue resolution will be invaluable in building strong relationships with our customers and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion across multiple accounts
- Partner with sales, delivery, and pursuit teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted strategies to capture them
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals
- Identify and address customer business needs and issues in the technology space
- Proactive account management and service delivery

Requirements

- 8-10 years' experience in account leadership roles such as Sales, Pursuit and Delivery or Business Management or 2 to 3 years' experience in Customer Success role
- Experience working in a matrixed environment
- Experience working in an IT industry and a vertical industry preferred
- P&L, Sales and Business Management required
