Founded in 2017, Reps & Co. is a leading entertainment industry player specializing in live event ticketing. We provide tickets to numerous global events and shows across various genres, including music, sports, and theatrical performances. Our focus on data-driven solutions and core values enables us to adapt to the ever-changing landscape and deliver effective results for our clients.
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team, playing a crucial role in managing and nurturing Partners relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the relationship between Reps & Co. and our sellers. They will work closely with Partners to understand their needs and requirements, providing guidance and support to ensure their success while working alongside Reps & Co. The Account Manager will also collaborate with our sellers from onboarding through inventory delivery.
Purchasing high-volume tickets in the entertainment industry that meet specific qualifications
- Conducting research and aggregating relevant data to devise investment strategies
- Growing total gross margin dollars by identifying pricing actions that encourage higher sale values and margin rates
- Presenting pricing analysis with insights, trends, and suggestions for our pricing team
- Assisting R&D efforts of the development team with market views and feedback

Analytical proficiencies to derive insights from large and complex sets of business data

**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
This role is available as a full-time remote position, requiring the candidate to be available in the Pacific Time Zone.
