Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team of Strategic Account Managers in Costa Rica. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in retail or corporate environments, and the ability to drive business growth.
About the Role:
This position involves coaching and developing a team of Strategic Account Managers, contributing to goal setting and business strategy development, building relationships with Sellers and internal stakeholders, identifying and optimizing improvements for customers, and managing recruiting and hiring efforts.
Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6+ years of experience in Corporate Retail, Buying, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience leading teams and driving organizational goals
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Effective territory/account management skills
- Understanding of retail math and analytical tools
