We are seeking a skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team in Costa Rica. This permanent home-based role offers a unique opportunity for professional development and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing ones.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to achieve client objectives.
  • Provide training and support to clients on Experian's products and services.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of customer service experience.
  • Account management or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of consumer credit reporting marketplace.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
