Commercial Key Account Manager

We're looking for a seasoned Commercial Key Account Manager to join our team in Heredia, Costa Rica.
As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our top clients, driving profitable sales growth and ensuring the execution of our business plans.
- Drive sales growth within key accounts by developing client strategies and managing sales expenses.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and conduct pre- and post-promotion analysis with Trade Marketing and Sales Operations.
- Ensure demand planning meets Fill Rate and Forecast Accuracy objectives.
- Execute business plans for each account and channel, and conduct periodic business reviews with clients.
You will be responsible for integrating marketing strategies into our channel and key accounts, increasing portfolio participation, and monitoring inflatables. You will also ensure correct execution and measurement with our company tools and supervise the execution of strategies in the POS.
We're looking for a highly experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering. You should have at least 3 years of experience managing key accounts, creating strategies, negotiating with clients, and managing inventory and logistics. You should also have a deep understanding of clients and their needs, as well as a solid knowledge of negotiation with key accounts.
