Job Description

We are seeking a talented Sales Account Manager to join our team in Costa Rica. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing, growing, and retaining our business relationships with Automotive Dealers across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of automotive dealer accounts, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow and retain our account base, including proactive client engagement, product training, and contract renewal negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and requests, including product utilization, contract, and billing questions.
  • Onboard new dealers, managing the process to ensure product implementation and providing product training to end-users.
  • Sell additional Experian product offerings that align with dealers' goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate customer contact databases and sales/retention processes.
  • Collect and present 'voice of customer' feedback to the product team for product improvement opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows and offsite client meetings as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience within automotive retail or SAAS.
  • 2+ years of sales, account management, or customer service experience within automotive retail or SAAS.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Experience in high-touch 'outbound call center' environments.
  • Ability to solve complex customer problems with positive outcomes.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • V-suite level servicing and contract negotiation experience preferred.
  • Experience with proven sales or account management methodologies.
  • Self-starter with strong personality and networking skills.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of sales or account management success.
  • Proficient with standard CRM's and Microsoft Office Products.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
