About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Costa Rica. This exciting opportunity will play a crucial part in our Sales workflow, being often the first point of contact for buyers interested in our offering.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Lead Generation: Generate new sales opportunities by qualifying leads that request more information via our inbound sales channels.
- Client Communication: Provide the first contact for prospects and articulate our value proposition to them.
- Sales Engagement: Demonstrate effective use of available sales engagement tools, systems, and processes.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues in Sales to build the qualified pipeline within dedicated territories.
- Languages: Very good knowledge of English and Portuguese.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding client contact skills with the ability to establish trust through multiple channels.
- Business Acumen: Ability to clearly articulate the 'business justification' and 'what's in it for the client' when discussing potential needs.
- Persistence: Persistence and positive demeanor regarding tasks that reoccur on regular basis.
- Product Knowledge: Ability to present the benefits of our products and services to potential clients in a concise and pointed manner.
