Tech Support Specialist for Premier Enterprise Clients

At Tek Experts, we're looking for a Tech Support Specialist to join our Critical Situation Management & Escalation Team (CMET). This team delivers world-class management of critical situations for premier enterprise customers, quickly solving issues that affect business.
This role will involve coordinating and communicating with customers throughout the resolution of the issue, ensuring a positive customer experience. You'll provide frequent, timely updates on case progress and resolution, gauge the severity of incidents, and use appropriate conflict resolution techniques as needed.
We're looking for someone with customer service experience and a desire to learn new technical skills. You should be familiar with Microsoft products, programs, and services, and have strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. As an excellent multi-tasker with great organizational skills, you'll be able to develop and maintain positive working relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate issue resolution.
Up to 1 year of experience in customer service, customer support, or technical support is preferred. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish languages is required, and some higher-level education is also preferred.
