Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Leader to build, manage and develop a team of 15-20 support engineers. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer service across technical service lines.

The successful candidate will act as a point of contact for customers, delivery teams and senior management from Tek Experts and our clients. They will be a key business leader who possesses excellent communication skills and is able to provide accurate and timely information to all stakeholders in a customer support issue.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in technical support, software support, IT operations and/or infrastructure support, with 1-2 years of experience managing teams. A higher-level education in a technical discipline or related certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of support engineers to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Support the personal development of team members through training and coaching
  • Act as primary escalation point for team operational issues and customer delivery management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical proficiency in AD, Azure, Cloud services, Windows, iOS and/or Android
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with team members
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
