">Role Overview
">The Azure Platform Technical Support team provides world-class technical support to Microsoft commercial and enterprise clients, focusing on the Azure cloud infrastructure. As an experienced technical professional, you'll work as part of a highly collaborative team to solve intermediate and complex technical problems for medium and large companies.
">Your Responsibilities
">You'll provide technical guidance across teams by identifying areas requiring expertise on different modules of a solution to resolve cases. You'll also maintain documentation for all cases, including queries, process steps, and resolutions consistent with customer commitments, prescribed protocols, and processes.
">Additionally, you'll mentor junior support engineers as needed or requested by management. Your goal will be to ensure seamless technical support delivery while continuously improving processes and knowledge sharing within the team.
">Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- 1+ year of technical and customer support experience.">
- Proficiency in both written and oral English.">
- Basic knowledge of virtualization.">
- Network basic connectivity.">
- Familiarity with tools such as TS Tools, Task Manager, Regedit, and .har files.">
