We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer Experience and Success (CEnS) organization. This team is responsible for designing and implementing Microsoft's end-to-end customer experience, ensuring we deliver exceptional results and exceed customer expectations in every interaction.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues with Microsoft products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch customer support and troubleshooting complex technical issues
  • Owning and resolving customer technical issues through collaboration and transparency within and across teams
  • Identifying cases requiring escalation and creating incident management requests to product groups or engineering teams
  • Contributing to case deflection initiatives, automation, and digital self-help assets to enhance customer and engineer experiences
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge sharing, technical coaching, and mentoring activities
  • Fostering technical collaboration and engagement outside of CSS with Product Engineering teams, Services, Support, and Regions

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You should also have a solid understanding of ERP systems, including Dynamics, SAP, PeopleSoft, NetSuite ERP, Oracle ERP Cloud, Epicor, and related technologies.
