About the Role
The Technology Solutions team at Microsoft Corporation is comprised of highly skilled pre-sales professionals who drive success on the latest cloud and modern development technologies. As a Digital Technical Specialist, your primary goal will be to win the technical decision of customers to purchase, implement, and use our online services and solutions.
You will work in a collaborative team environment, enabling customers through digital transformation by leveraging Microsoft's Security solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Helping customers make informed technical decisions to build tomorrow's business and IT solutions based on Microsoft technology.
- Leading technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, architecture design sessions, proof-of-concepts, and pilots to explain, demonstrate, and prove to our largest customers the capabilities of Microsoft's products and services.
- Identifying and resolving technical, competitive, and security blockers to accelerate Security, Compliance, and Identity sales and customer usage.
- Driving deployment and adoption planning using Microsoft FastTrack and partners, ensuring seamless integration and successful implementation.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including sales, service, and marketing teams, as well as external partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- A strong understanding of cloud-based identity and access management solutions, hybrid architectures, and integration of cloud-based apps (SaaS).
- Practical experience with configuration and implementation of Microsoft or other security & compliance solutions, as well as competitive product knowledge.
- An insatiable desire to learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.

Other Information
This role requires 3+ years of related experience in technical presales and/or technical consulting roles or equivalent. A certification in Microsoft 365 Security Administration or AZ-500 Microsoft Azure Security is also desirable.
