About the Role

Emerson is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to handle technical inquiries for our industrial products, including valves, manifolds, fieldbuses, pressure/temperature switches, combustion products, sensors, FRLs, pneumatic and RCS products. This role will involve providing troubleshooting and solutions to warranty and quality issues.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond to technical inquiries from customers regarding product usage, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Provide pricing information and respond to RFQs (Requests for Quotations).
  • Participate in special projects assigned by team lead/managers.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in technical support or customer service.
  • Tech degree or engineering student in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Chemical discipline.
  • English language proficiency at B2 level.
  • Successful performance record.
