Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our global team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers remain happy with our products and services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working with customers to own and solve their technical problems
  • Acting as the main contact to proactively analyze and solve technical issues
  • Collaborating and working closely with internal cross-functional teams to drive problems to resolution
  • Communicating clearly and effectively to both technical and business audiences

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A great ability to collaborate and communicate with others
  • A curious nature with a desire to learn new technologies
  • Familiarity with the Internet, including technologies and fundamental protocols such as DNS, TCP/IP and HTTP
  • Some experience providing technical solutions and support
  • Great communication skills with fluency in English
