Senior Technical Support Specialist for Global Clients

CloudPay is a leading provider of payroll solutions, and we are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be based in San Jose, Costa Rica.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to internal teams and clients globally, focusing on the AMER region but also assisting with APAC and EMEA clients as needed.
- Manage tickets using Collaborate/ZenDesk and triage payroll queries to the correct teams.
- Provision system access based on client or internal requests and resolve system access issues such as password resets.
- Respond to incidents and service requests using available information resources and provide assistance during external audits.
- Familiarity with system account administration and excellent customer service skills.
- Able to follow User Security procedures and workflow processes, prioritize tasks, and work with little supervision.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to prioritize and escalate when necessary.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $55,000-$65,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
