Job Description:

At Emerson, we are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technical professional with excellent communication skills and experience in providing support for complex products.

About the Role:
This role requires a strong understanding of ASCO and Aventics/Numatics products, as well as the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling technical inquiries, processing pricing requests, and working on special projects assigned by team lead/managers.

Responsibilities:
- Handle technical inquiries from customers regarding valves, manifolds, fieldbuses, switches, and other products.
- Process pricing requests for domestic and international products in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve warranty and quality issues, ensuring high-quality solutions for customers.
- Ensure all files and quotes remain up-to-date and organized for easy reference.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in the industrial automation industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Chemical engineering discipline.
- Strong English language proficiency (B2 level) for effective communication with customers and colleagues.
- Successful performance record demonstrating ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:
The ideal candidate should be available to work within US business hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm EST). There may be instances where US holidays require work coverage, which will be compensated according to applicable laws.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
