Customer Success Expert for Enterprise Client Partnerships

This role is part of our customer success team, responsible for supporting professional services for 10 DLC. The primary goal is to educate customers on best practices, vet campaigns, and ensure compliance.
The ideal candidate will be a customer-facing professional with excellent relational skills, able to create win-win environments for clients and their end-users. This involves engaging customers, expanding use cases, and providing impeccable support.
The key responsibilities include:
- Providing point-of-contact for customers on 10 DLC best practices and compliance.
- Advising on campaign rejections to facilitate future improvements.
- Managing intake and approval for T-Mobile Special Business Reviews (SBR).
- Contribution to customer management success by learning 10 DLC and short code compliance.
- Establishing trusted partner relationships with assigned clients.
- Monitoring success KPIs and reporting to leadership and customers.
In this dynamic role, you will work closely with customers to understand their measures of success, identify areas for improvement, and process compliance/vetting requests.
The requirements for this position include:
- 2+ years of experience in customer success or customer service.
- Prior customer compliance experience and strong analytical skills.
- BS/BA in Business or Marketing.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and team skills.
