**Job Description:
The Post Sales Team delivers exceptional client management, quickly resolving critical issues that affect business.
You'll earn our customers' and partners' trust by representing them positively and exceeding expectations through coordinated communication throughout resolution.
This team embraces a growth mindset, encouraging you to learn what matters most to our customers and prioritize their needs.
**Responsibilities:**
- Accept, prioritize, analyze, and close all assigned client requests, meeting or exceeding quality and timeline expectations.
- Document all troubleshooting and resolution steps for detailed update tracking.
- Follow ticket management best practices, including prompt assignment, management, and updating, to meet service level agreements.
- Collaborate with team members to provide high-quality support, reliable information, and quick resolutions.
- Prepare data and reports as requested.
- Serve as a backup for colleagues as needed, ensuring progress on cases.
- Monitor queue and ensure service level agreements are met.

**In this role:**
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with IT hardware/software/operating systems/cloud computing is required.
- Customer obsession, initiative, drive to exceed expectations, creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively is necessary.
