About the RoleThe Sales Account Executive will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue for UA Brands. This individual will be responsible for obtaining and cultivating new accounts through incoming leads, social selling, and pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities- Maximize sales opportunities through the conversion of incoming leads, social selling, and pipeline management.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of UA's pricing, administrative procedures, and organization to effectively implement client solutions.
- Conduct competitive market analysis and maintain a current understanding of competitor's services, solutions, and price offerings.
- Target business-focused selling efforts, understanding customer's business and buying traits.
- Show leadership success by demonstrating an ability to listen and respond to a wide variety of requests.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with various internal departments and team members.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is required for this position.
- High school or equivalent - Bachelor's degree preferred in General business, marketing, or psychology.
- 5 to 7 years of experience as a Sales Account Executive.
- 3 to 5 years of experience with relevant B2B telephone sales experience with a strong track record of achievement.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in establishing rapport and building relationships in a sales environment.
- 3 to 5 years of experience using MS Office and the Internet.
- 1 to 3 years of experience with strong sales aptitude.
- Advanced experience as a consultative seller with the ability to close sales.
- Intermediate experience with knowledge of CRM - specifically SalesForce.com.
