About the Role

The Sales Account Executive will identify and cultivate new business opportunities through lead conversion, social selling, and pipeline management. This role is responsible for meeting revenue, gross profit, and sales goals. You will take an active role in learning our uniform business and staying up-to-date on market trends and industries we serve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales opportunities through lead conversion, social selling, and pipeline management.
  • Understand our pricing, administrative procedures, and organization to provide timely client solutions.
  • Conduct competitive market analysis and maintain awareness of competitor services, solutions, and price offerings.
  • Target business-focused selling efforts, understanding customer needs and buying traits.
  • Show leadership success by responding to diverse requests.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with internal departments and team members.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) is required, with the ability to read, speak, and write in English.
  • High school or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree in general business, marketing, or psychology preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Sales Account Executive.
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B telephone sales with a strong track record of achievement.
  • 3-5 years of experience establishing rapport and building relationships in a sales environment.
  • 3-5 years of experience using MS Office and the Internet.
  • 1-3 years of experience with strong sales aptitude.
  • Advanced experience as a consultative seller with the ability to close sales.
  • Intermediate experience with knowledge of CRM – specifically SalesForce.com.

Work Environment

As a remote employee, you will work from home, with company computer equipment provided. You are expected to be online and available during core business hours for your team.
