About the Role

The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for obtaining and cultivating new accounts through incoming leads, social selling, and pipeline management. This role requires a strong understanding of the uniform business and the ability to maintain a current understanding of competitor's services, solutions, and price offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize sales opportunities through the conversion of incoming leads, social selling, networking at various events, client visits, and pipeline management.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of UA's pricing, administrative procedures, and organization to effectively implement client solutions in a timely fashion.
  • Conduct competitive market analysis and maintain a current understanding of competitor's services, solutions, and price offerings.
  • Target business-focused selling efforts, understanding customer's business and buying traits.
  • Show leadership success by demonstrating an ability to listen and respond to a wide variety of requests.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication/cooperation/coordination with various internal departments and team members.
Requirements
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) is required for this position. Must demonstrate the ability to read, speak, and write in English.
  • High school or equivalent - Bachelor's degree preferred General business, marketing, psychology.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience as a Sales Account Executive.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience with relevant B2B telephone sales experience with a strong track record of achievement.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in establishing rapport and building relationships in a sales environment.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience using MS Office and the Internet.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience with strong sales aptitude.
  • Advanced experience as a consultative seller with the ability to close sales.
  • Intermediate experience with knowledge of CRM - specifically SalesForce.com.
