About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Sales Executive to join our team in Costa Rica. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and adoption of AWS services in the Telco industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and operate a named set of accounts within the Central America Telco Segment, driving revenue growth and adoption of AWS services.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy to achieve customer outcomes and accelerate customer adoption.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and drive market share while achieving/exceeding revenue and non-revenue goals.
- Leverage relationships with internal stakeholders to further adoption of AWS services in your customer base.
- Develop and work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption of AWS services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets, selling to C-level executives.
- A background in engineering, computer science, or business administration.
- Telco industry knowledge and experience selling in an industry-specific GTM motion.
- BA/BS degree required or equivalent, MBA or MS degree a plus.
- Experience selling cloud solutions at a technology company.
- 5-10+ years of quota-carrying experience in technology-related sales, business development.
- Proven business and technical acumen.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fully bilingual (Spanish and English).
- History of outcome-based executive engagement.
- Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations.
