About the Role


We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with Fluent French to provide high-quality administrative support to our clients, including IBM executives and managers.


The ideal candidate will have a high degree of situational awareness, be technically proficient, and work effectively in a complex and demanding environment.


Key Responsibilities



  • Provide administrative services, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and data entry.
  • Assist with special projects, such as event planning and document preparation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
  • Work independently, proactively, and flexibly to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Continuously improve business acumen knowledge to provide better support to executives.

Requirements



  • Language Proficiency: Fluent English and French (C1 level)
  • Technical Expertise: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or equivalent
  • Experience: At least 1 year in a multinational environment and 2 years in back-office, administrative, or customer service
  • Education: Administrative Assistant or Secretary technical diploma
