Bmns is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support our senior firm leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience supporting an executive or executive team in an administrative role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars for internal and external meetings, including planning, scheduling, and room reservations.
- Prepare all types of correspondence, such as letters, memorandums, and agendas, often acting independently.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports for submission in Concur.
- Manage and submit time reporting in Salesforce and maintain contacts in the system.
- Develop and edit original Word documents and PowerPoint presentations.
- Serve as a point of contact for administrative support for senior firm leadership when needed.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of experience supporting an executive or executive team in an administrative role.
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- The ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with senior management.
- High energy, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated experience maintaining confidentiality and building trust across the executive level.
