Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and business development department, you'll play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating communication with clients to implement product or service changes regarding security, membership, and legal matters.
  • Holding meetings with clients and prospects using phone and web-based tools to identify product-cross sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Researching and identifying sales and service opportunities for potential clients within assigned production centers/business units or specific accounts across all solution suites.
  • Providing customer intelligence to sales and marketing functions to position our offerings effectively.
  • Communicating client account maintenance needs and requests to appropriate personnel.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in client-facing/sales/account management roles.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Comfortable operating within a teamed selling approach with energy and sense of ownership.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with drive to learn independently and in a structured environment.
  • Good customer service and follow-up skills.
  • Willingness to volunteer for activities as a member of a teamed account selling approach.
  • Good organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong PC skills - Excel, Word, PPT, MS Office, Salesforce.
  • Good presentation skills and ability to lead engaging meetings.
