Strategic Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Relationship Manager to join our team in the Americas region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing and securing partnering relations between GBS Finance & Procurement and end markets through efficient and effective means of communication.
Key responsibilities include:
- Representing GBS in front of end markets on improvement initiatives related to standard systems, migration of new applicability fields, and implementation of best practices.
- Tracking performance of GBS support to end markets through qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Maintaining and growing relations with clients, ensuring permanent service delivery.
- Supporting operational departments in identifying improvement areas and ensuring high-level accountancy processing services are provided to clients.
- Managing company business risk and key compliance areas across GBS.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a related role.
- Proficient English level, verbal and writing.
- Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook).
- Clear understanding and experience working with GBS Finance areas (P2P, R2R, General Ledger, O2C, P&R, Master Data).
- Relevant experience with team management and development.
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with partners and team members.
- Excellent presentation skills, proven oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated individual working at high professional standards, with a strong focus on delivering quality and customer-centric services to internal clients.
- Excellent understanding of processes and requirements for an efficient Corporate Governance.
- Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, ability to communicate with personnel at all levels in all departments and companies, both inside and outside the group.
Salary: USD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
