Sr. Relationship Manager Job Description
The Senior Relationship Manager at Experian is a key role in maintaining and building long-lasting alliances with important strategic partners.
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Strategy, the Senior Relationship Manager will be passionate about improving revenue through these partnerships.
Main responsibilities include:
- Managing daily operations for a portfolio of large strategic partnerships
- Developing deep subject matter expertise for each relationship
- Creating plans to grow important relationships while balancing risk and reward
- Ensuring partners achieve their commitments and track their performance
- Managing processes related to royalty payments, billing/invoicing, negotiated contracts, data questions, and internal partner operations
- Managing inbound requests from sales and product for special pricing or exceptions with partners
- Working with partners to gather insights, understand current business processes, challenges, and opportunities
- Identifying opportunities to guide and manage the implementation of important projects
- Producing clear storylines, slides, and other deliverables for various audiences
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Internationally recognized MBA experience
- Experience in the U.S. financial services industry, particularly in credit
- High fluency in English
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, vlookup, formulas, and data analysis
