Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Experian. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communication: Coordinate communication with clients to implement product or service changes regarding security, membership, and legal.
  • Client Meetings: Hold meetings with clients/prospects using the telephone in conjunction with web-based tools.
  • Cross-Sell/Up-Sell: Identify product-cross sell and up-sell opportunities and either take the lead or refer them to sales personnel.
  • Research and Analysis: Research and identify sales and service opportunities for potential clients within assigned production center/business units or specific accounts across all solution suites.
  • Training and Development: Provide product training to users to ensure effective client utilization of Experian services.
  • Account Maintenance: Communicate client account maintenance needs and requests to appropriate personnel.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain contact with product and service users to enhance client relationship.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in client-facing/sales/account management roles.
  • Language Skills: Advanced English level.
  • Communication Skills: Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Technical Skills: Strong PC skills - Excel, Word, PPT, MS Office, Salesforce.
