Customer Relationship Manager

A Customer Relationship Manager position is available at Experian, where you will play a vital role in fostering strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate communication with clients to implement product or service changes regarding security, membership, and legal.
- Hold meetings with clients/prospects using the telephone in conjunction with web-based tools.
- Identify product-cross sell and up-sell opportunities and either take the lead or refer them to sales personnel.
- Research and identify sales and service opportunities for potential clients within assigned production centers/business units or specific accounts across all solution suites. Provide customer intelligence to sales and marketing functions to position our offerings effectively.
- Provide product training to users to ensure effective client utilization of Experian services.
- Communicate client account maintenance needs and requests to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain contact with product and service users to enhance client relationships.
- Additional responsibilities include managing batch programs, assist with DaaS implementation, consult with Programs/Process/Compliance, cross-sell/upsell where appropriate, transmission/file maintenance, generate Spec/Cover Letters, invoice programs, manage audits, manage batch research, subcode setup, configuration changes, volume/revenue reports, pricing maintenance, and custom reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Good knowledge of consumer credit reporting marketplace and willingness to learn more
- At least 2 years of experience in client-facing/sales/account management roles.
- Advanced English level
- Comfortable operating within a teamed selling approach with energy and sense of ownership
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Self-starter with drive to learn independently and in a structured environment
- Good customer service and follow-up skills
- Willingness to volunteer for activities as a member of a teamed account selling approach
- Good organizational and project management skills
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong PC skills - Excel, Word, PPT, MS Office, Salesforce
- Good presentation skills and ability to lead engaging meetings
- Willingness to learn industry and capabilities of Experian
- Comfortable operating within a teamed selling approach with energy and sense of ownership
