Job Title: Support Coordinator Costa Rica

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Coordinator to join our Corporate Affairs team in Costa Rica.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position that will support Corporate Affairs colleagues globally, ensuring smooth daily operations and seamless communication.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel, and possess strong social skills with the ability to multitask.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating schedules, appointments, and meetings, handling expense reports, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing general administrative support as needed.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree or experience in business administration or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of confirmed experience as an administrative assistant or similar role is necessary.
  • You must be fluent in English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Additionally, you should have a high level of attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize work.

Compensation Package:
