Huntsman Corporation, a global leader in the production and marketing of specialty chemicals, seeks a dedicated Business Support Coordinator to join our team. This role will be based in San Jose, Costa Rica, and will report directly to the Pricing & Back Office Team Lead.

As a key member of our Advanced Materials Division, you will provide high-quality transactional and business support services associated with complaint and return processes. Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring adherence to performance and cost targets.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and outstanding communication abilities. They should also have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be proficient in IT software, particularly SAP.

We estimate this position will come with an annual salary range of $40,000-$55,000 depending on your experience. If you are passionate about delivering top-notch support and contributing to a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the ADMAT Commercial organization in managing customer notifications and records
  • Enter pricing records into the Pricing database as directed by Sales Representatives
  • Manage EH&S inquiries from internal and external customers
  • Fulfill SDS & TDS requests
  • Set up new customers, including liaising with customers and coordinating internally
  • Maintain commercial master data as directed by Sales Managers
  • Provide phone coverage for incoming external inquiries and direct them to appropriate associates
  • Participate in projects assigned by Team Leads or Sales Managers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Supply Chain, or Inside Sales roles
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Language proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Experience with IT software, preferably SAP
