The Experian Data Quality (EDQ) North America Professional Services team is dedicated to helping clients achieve successful outcomes through pre- and post-sales phases of technology investments.



We're seeking a skilled Technical Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll leverage EDQ documentation to determine the best course of action for resolving customer issues. You'll engage with customers and other support team members to gain a deep understanding of their environment, contract, and goals.



Key responsibilities include:




  • Monitoring and responding to support calls within required SLAs
  • Evaluating issues by interpreting end-user problem descriptions to determine resolution or best course of action
  • Identifying problem trends and reporting to supervisors for further analysis
  • Resolving issues over the phone utilizing remote control tools


Requirements include:




  • 1-3 years of desktop support, help-desk, or IT-related support experience
  • BA degree or equivalent experience
  • English proficiency at level B2
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Analytical skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Able to work non-standard business hours as required
