**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing remote technical support for IBM software, hardware, and solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Engage with customers in a timely and effective manner to resolve technical issues.
  • Provide troubleshooting and analysis assistance for hardware and software failures.
  • Utilize problem determination skills to diagnose issues and communicate action plans.
  • Collaborate with development support and other technical support teams to provide seamless problem resolution.
  • Recommend and implement new technology or improvements to existing technical support tools and processes.

**Requirements**

  • Relevant university degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in customer support.
  • Basic knowledge of storage and networking.
  • Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • At least 1 year of experience working as a technical support engineer.
  • Advanced knowledge of IBM hardware and software products.
  • Advanced knowledge of servers, VMware, Citrix, or Cisco enterprise products.
