Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Sysco Costa Rica. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our associates and internal customers, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in a Service Desk or similar environment, with a strong background in IT technologies, cloud architecture, and supporting tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office365 tools is also required. Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSMv3) or ITIL Certification is an added advantage.
