**Job Overview**

This permanent home-based role offers a unique opportunity to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. As a key member of our technical support team, you will provide top-notch customer service, resolving client problems efficiently and effectively.

**Responsibilities**

Client Support: You will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing first and second-level technical support via phone and email. This includes troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions.

Problem-Solving Skills:** To excel in this role, you must possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions quickly.

Team Collaboration: As a Technical Support Specialist, you will work closely with internal teams, including subject matter experts and coaches, to ensure seamless problem resolution and efficient communication.

Training and Development: You will also participate in training and cross-training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of call center experience, preferably in technical support
  • Strong PC, internet knowledge, and proficiency in tools like FTP, XML, JSON, and AD
  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
