Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Costa Rica. As a key member of our technical support center, you will provide expert-level technical support to thousands of external clients and directly support 11 strategic clients.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to products and applications.
- Provide timely and effective support via email and phone.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve product-related issues.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation to support customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical support, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and processes a plus.
